Survivor Greece
''Survivor Greece'' is the Greek version of the popular reality show '' Survivor''. This version of the show was aired on Mega TV for two seasons from 2003 to 2004. While the series was titled ''Survivor'', it also took elements from ''Survivors predecessor ''Expedition Robinson'' such as that of the North and South teams. While the series was not considered a flop, it did not achieve the ratings that Mega TV had hoped for and at the end of its second season it was cancelled only to be brought back two years later for a joint season with Turkey. After 7 years, on 13 February 2017, the show came back on Skai TV with Sakis Tanimanidis as host. From season 6 (2018) Giorgos Lianos joined the show as a co-host. At 2020 Tanimanidis left the show and Lianos became the main host. Survivor Greece (2017)
''Survivor Greece, Survivor 2017'' was the fifth season of ''Survivor Greece'', the Greece, Greek version of the popular reality show ''Survivor (TV series), Survivor''. The Game started airing on Skai TV on February 13, 2017 in Greece and in Cyprus it started airing the same day on Sigma TV. It is also being broadcast abroad via Skai TV, SKAI's international stations. It is hosted by Sakis Tanimanidis and two episodes were hosted by the Turkish producer of the Greek version of Survivor, Acun Ilıcalı. Twelve players and twelve celebrities have been known in Greece through their work are invited to survive on a deserted island, the exotic Dominican Republic, for 5 months, having their luggage, the necessary clothes and basic food supply. On episode 77, the last team match took place and on episode 78, individual matches started. Immunity matches after episode 80 will be held twice a week. Charlie Parsons
Charles Andrew Parsons is a British television producer known as the creator of the ''Survivor (franchise), Survivor'' franchise. He also created ''The Big Breakfast'' and ''The Word (TV series), The Word''. Education Parsons was educated at Tonbridge School, a boarding independent school in Tonbridge in Kent in South East England, and credits the tough boarding school regime he endured there in the early 1970s, which at the time was commonplace, as providing an inspiration for his creation of the series ''Survivor''. He then went to Pembroke College, Oxford, Pembroke College at the University of Oxford, where he studied English literature and afterwards trained as a journalist. ''Survivor'' is a reality-competition television franchise produced in many countries around the world. Pearl Islands
The Pearl Islands (Spanish: Archipiélago de las Perlas or Islas de las Perlas) is a group of 200 or more islands and islets (many tiny and uninhabited) lying about off the Pacific coast of Panama in the Gulf of Panama.
