Survivor Greece (2017)
''Survivor Greece, Survivor 2017'' was the fifth season of ''Survivor Greece'', the Greece, Greek version of the popular reality show ''Survivor (TV series), Survivor''. The Game started airing on Skai TV on February 13, 2017 in Greece and in Cyprus it started airing the same day on Sigma TV. It is also being broadcast abroad via Skai TV, SKAI's international stations. It is hosted by Sakis Tanimanidis and two episodes were hosted by the Turkish producer of the Greek version of Survivor, Acun Ilıcalı. Twelve players and twelve celebrities have been known in Greece through their work are invited to survive on a deserted island, the exotic Dominican Republic, for 5 months, having their luggage, the necessary clothes and basic food supply. On episode 77, the last team match took place and on episode 78, individual matches started. Immunity matches after episode 80 will be held twice a week. Sakis Tanimanidis ( el, Σάκης Τανιμανίδης; born 30 April 1981) is a Greek TV host, producer and entrepreneur. Tanimanidis became known in his native country as the host, creator, producer and director of the travel shoWorld Partythat aired on Alpha TV from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, he became a household name as the Greek host and co-producer of Survivor 2017(the adaptation of the international franchise for the Turkish and Greek television). He is also a serial entrepreneur. He is the co-founder of Enthoosia that owns Museums in 7 countries around the world. He has invested/founded multiple start-ups in Greece and abroad. Skiathos
Skiathos ( el, Σκιάθος, , ; grc, Σκίαθος, ; and ) is a small Greek island in the northwest Aegean Sea. Skiathos is the westernmost island in the Northern Sporades group, east of the Pelion peninsula in Magnesia on the mainland, and west of the island of Skopelos. Geography The island has a north to southwestern axis and is about long and wide on average. The coastline is indented with inlets, capes and peninsulas. Lampros Choutos (sometimes Lambros; born 7 December 1979) is a Greek former professional footballer who played as a striker. During his career, he played equal periods of time in his country and Italy. Club career Early years Born in Athens, Choutos started his career with Asteras Polygonou, being discovered by scouts of Panathinaikos FC. After only two years, he moved to Italy to finish his football grooming with A.S. Roma. Galatsi ( el, Γαλάτσι, ''Galátsi'' ), called in Katharevousa Galatsion ( el, Γαλάτσιον, ''Galátsion''), is a northern suburb of Athens, Greece, and a municipality of the Attica region. The municipality has an area of 4.026 km2.
