There were a few main twists this season, the first being that the tribes were initially divided by gender. However, this twist was short lived due to the evacuation of Helen and Maria's voluntary exit both which took place in week two of the shows airing. The other twist for this season was that of "Gkoal", when a contestant was voted out they would be given a chance to go to Gkoal where they would duel other contestants for a spot in the game. Grigoris Arnaoutoglou ( el, Γρηγόρης Αρναούτογλου; born December 17, 1973) is a well-known Greek television host. He is known for hosting morning daily entertaining show, Omorfos Kosmos To Proi as well as Sunday show Pio Poli Tin Kiriaki on Mega Channel. Today he is hosting The 2night Show, a talk show Ekatomyriouhos, on ANT1 . Career Arnaoutoglou started his television career in Thessaloniki, where he was for almost a decade the basic host in many local television projects and shows. He became famous through his weekly television programme in Mega Channel, in the end of the 1990s. Its name was ''Omorfos Kosmos''. Tengah Island
Tengah Island ( ms, Pulau Tengah) is a privately owned island in Mersing District, Johor, Malaysia. It lies nine nautical miles off the coast of Mersing on the South China Sea. Near Besar Island, Tengah Island is 16 km off the coast and is a 45-minute boat ride. During the 1970s, the island became famous as a Vietnamese refugee transit campsite, which was subsequently closed in the early 1980s. The island was the first location for the making of the TV show Expedition Robinson in 1997. In 1985, Tengah Island was one of the few islands nominated by the Malaysian government as a Marine Park due to its abundant marine life and rare species of fish and coral. The island is home to an upscale resort called Batu Batu. This season being the inaugural season of Survivor in Greece did not involve many twists; however, there were a few notable twists that did occur. The first of these twists occurred in the second episode cycle in which North team member Elias Valasis and South team member Nikos Lamprinakis swapped tribes. In this same episode cycle, Eugenia Katsarou entered the game and joined the South team following their win at the second reward challenge.
