Sema Aydemir (born 17 August 1985) is a Turkish female sprinter, who is specializes in the 400m hurdles event. The tall athlete at is a member of Enkaspor, where she is coached by Tayfun Aygün. In her early years she competed in the heptathlon event. Sema Apak qualified for participation in the 4 × 400 m relay event at the 2012 Summer Olympics. Her personal best time in the 400m hurdles is 56.62 scored 2012 in Ankara, Turkey. She is married to Olympic bronze medalist hammer thrower Eşref Apak. The couple has a son named Ali. They divorced in 2016 by agreement. Monzón
Monzón is a small city and municipality in the autonomous community of Aragon, Spain. Its population was 17,176 as of 2014. Esma Aydemir (born January 1, 1992, in Karakeçili, Kırıkkale Province, Turkey) is a Turkish middle distance and long-distance runner competing mostly in the 1500 m, 3000 m, 5000 m, 10,000 m and marathon events. She began with running in Karakeçili town of Kırıkkale Province in 2005, discovered by Mehmet Kiper, national athlete and a physical education teacher in Antalya. With her parents permission, she followed him to Antalya, where she is trained by him. Currently, Esma Aydemir is a student at the Pamukkale University's Physical Education and Sports Technology Department. Özge Akın (née Gürler, born June 17, 1985) is a Turkish sprinter competing in the 400 m events. She is the current Turkish record holder of the 400 m hurdles events. Following her marriage to her coach, her surname changed to Akın, although she was also subsequently known by the surname Akın-Gürler. Competing initially in the long jump and running sprint and middle distance, she specialized in 400 m and 400 m hurdles following her coach's recommendation. Nimet Karakuş, (born January 23, 1993, in Korkuteli, Antalya Province, Turkey) is a Turkish sprinter competing in the 100 m and 200 m events. The tall athlete at is a member of Fenerbahçe Athletics, where she is coached by Alper Başyiğit. Born to Bayram Karakuş and his wife Hatice in the outskirts of Antalya, she was discovered at the age of eleven as a sprinter. She won several races in her age category and became soon a national athlete. She qualified to participate in the 100 m event at the 2012 Summer Olympics by improving her national record for juniors from 11.53 to 11.33.
