Scott Vincent (golfer)
Scott Nicholas Vincent (born 20 May 1992) is a Zimbabwean professional golfer who plays on the Japan Golf Tour, Asian Tour and LIV Golf. He has won three times on the Japan Golf Tour. In 2022 he won the International Series England on the Asian Tour, as well as the International Series Order of Merit. He represented Zimbabwe in the 2018 World Cup of Golf and the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics, being the first Zimbabwean golfer to do so. Professional career Vincent turned professional in 2015. After five runner-up finishes on the Asian Tour between 2016–2018, he finally got his first major tour victory at the 2021 Sansan KBC Augusta on the Japan Golf Tour. He also won the ANA Open three weeks later. In May 2022, Vincent won the Gateway to The Open Mizuno Open, beating Anthony Quayle in a playoff. The KBC Augusta is a professional golf tournament that is held in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. The title sponsor is the Kyushu Asahi Broadcasting and it is held in August. The 2023 LIV Golf League is the second season of LIV Golf following the inaugural LIV Golf Invitational Series. Joaquín Niemann (born 7 November 1998) is a Chilean professional golfer. He has won twice on the PGA Tour. He was the number one ranked amateur golfer from May 2017 to April 2018. The LIV Golf Chicago is a professional golf tournament held at Rich Harvest Farms in Sugar Grove, Illinois, outside of Chicago. The inaugural event was held in September 2022 as part of the LIV Golf Invitational Series, a golf series led by Greg Norman and funded by the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund. The 2022 LIV Golf Invitational Series was the first season of the LIV Golf Invitational Series. The season consisted of seven 54-hole tournaments, featuring 48 players and no cut, and a team championship event at the season end. Travis Smyth (born 29 December 1994) is an Australian professional golfer who plays on the Asian Tour.
