Taito Gunji
is a Japanese kickboxer, currently competing in the featherweight division of K-1, where he is the current featherweight champion. A professional competitor since 2015, Gunji is the 2022 K-1 Featherweight World Grand Prix winner, the former Krush Bantamweight champion, and a two-time Krush Super Bantamweight title challenger. As of August August 2022, he is ranked as the best super flyweight kickboxer in the world by Combat Press, who have ranked him in the top ten since August 2021. Krush (kickboxing)
Krush is a martial arts entertainment planning and promotion brand established in 2008, currently based in Japan. It is the sister brand of K-1, and has produced numerous future K-1 competitors, such as Takeru Segawa, Tatsuya Tsubakihara and Yuki Egawa. It features events across ten male and three female weight classes. Current Krush champions History Krush was launched in 2008, prior to the death of K-1 FEG, as a collaboration between K-1 and All Japan Kickboxing Federation. It was launched as a feeder organization to K-1, and was accordingly seen as the second tier of K-1 competition. Wang Junguang (, born December 25, 1994) is a Chinese kickboxer. He is the former Enfusion 57 kg World champion. Combat Press ranked him in the super flyweight top ten between September 2020 and July 2021. From May 2019 to August 2020, he was ranked in the strawweight top ten by Combat Press. Toma Tanabe (born 27 October 2002), better known as Toma (斗麗), is a Japanese kickboxer, currently competing in the featherweight division of K-1. He is a one-time Krush Featherweight title challenger. As of July 2021, he was the #7 ranked Super Flyweight in the world by Combat Press.
