Siiri Nordin
Siiri Nordin (born 15 October 1980) is a Finnish singer. She was the lead singer of the now defunct Finnish rock band Killer. Biography Nordin was born in Helsinki. In 2003, she had a solo hit with the song "Sydämeni osuman sai", included on the soundtrack of the movie '' Helmiä ja sikoja''. The song is a cover version of the David and Jonathan hit song "Something's Gotten Hold of My Heart". In 2004, Nordin took a break from music and took up boat carpentry. She entered a civil union with her girlfriend, Mirja, in the autumn. She has also worked as a taxi driver. Siiri Vallner (born April 9, 1972) is an industrious Estonian architect. She works mostly in community projects, as well as in many competitions. She is a member of the Union of Estonian Architects. Biography Born in Tallinn, Estonia, she spent a lot of her childhood going to work with her parents, surrounded by technology. Her parents worked in IT during the time of the Soviet Union, picking up personal projects after their normal work hours. As a teenager recently graduating high school, she was opposed to many of her options of a career. Though she graduated from a high school specializing in sciences, she was not interested in pursuing math as a career. This left her with architecture. Siiri Saimi Angerkoski (born Pelkonen, later Palmu; 21 August 1902 – 28 March 1971) was a Finnish actress who had a long career on stage, but is especially known for her film roles. With 98 credits, she has done more roles in Finnish films than any other actor or actress. Her best known comedic role is Justiina Puupää in '' Pekka and Pätkä'' films, but she won her two Jussi Awards for dramatic roles in ''Anna Liisa'' (1945) and ''Aliisa'' (1971), the latter posthumously. As an MEP, she belonged to the Estonian Centre Party until she decided to leave on 9 April 2012. Siiri Johanna "Äitee" Rantanen ( Lintunen, born 14 December 1924) is a Finnish retired cross-country skier. She competed in the 1952, 1956 and 1960 Olympics and won a medal in each of them: a gold and a bronze in the 3 × 5 km relay in 1956–60 and another bronze in the individual 10 km in 1952; she placed fifth and 15th over 10 km in 1956 and 1960, respectively.
