Rose Tynan (born 20 March 1997) is a New Zealand field hockey player. Personal life Rose Tynan was born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand. 2024 Women's FIH Hockey Olympic Qualifiers
The 2024 Women's FIH Olympic Qualifiers was the final stage of the qualification for the women's field hockey event at the 2024 Summer Olympics. It was held in Ranchi, India and Valencia, Spain between 13 and 20 January 2024. Belgium, Germany, Great Britain, Japan, Spain and the United States qualified for the Olympics. Format Teams not qualifying from the continental qualification tournament were participating in this tournament according to the respective spots received by the FIH. The 16 teams were split into two eight-team tournaments. In each tournament the eight teams were divided into two four-team pools. After the round-robin stage the top two teams advanced to the semifinals. The top three teams of each tournament qualified for the Olympics. Ranchi (, ) is the capital of the Indian state of Jharkhand. Jaipal Singh Stadium
Jaipal Singh Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium located in the city of Ranchi in Jharkhand, India. It was built in 1978 and was named after the famous hockey player and captain Jaipal Singh Munda after a request was made by Birsa Seva Dal. After it was built, the infrastructure was neglected until 2013 when the Government of Jharkhand and Ranchi Municipal Corporation made plans to revamp it into a sports complex with aid from the central government. In 2008, a proposal came from the urban development minister, Raghubar Das, to make the stadium's site into a shopping complex but the plan was opposed by residents and sports lovers as well as councillors. Wagener Stadium
Wagener Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Amstelveen, Netherlands. It is currently used mostly for field hockey matches and hosted matches for the 1973 World Hockey Cup. The stadium holds 7,600 people. The complex has belonged to the Dutch Hockey Association (''""'') since 1980. Its location is the Amsterdamse Bos in Amstelveen. It was built by the Amsterdam Hockey & Bandy Club to honour its president, (1881–1945). The building was completed in 1938, one year before World War II came to Netherlands.
