Pablo Acha
Pablo Acha González (born 4 August 1996) is a Spanish male recurve archer. Acha won an individual gold medal and a mixed team silver medal at the 2021 European Championships. He has also medalled at the 2018 Mediterranean Games, the 2019 European Games and several Archery World Cups. Career In 2017, Acha debuted on the senior international circuit. He won a surprise bronze medal in the mixed team event in the second leg of the 2017 Archery World Cup in Antalya, defeating the American team in the third-place match while partnering with Alicia Marín. He also competed in his first World Championships a few months later. Acha won two bronze medals at the 2018 Mediterranean Games in Tarragona, one as an individual and one as a team. He followed this with another individual bronze at the 2019 European Games in Minsk, which secured Spain's qualification to the 2020 Summer Olympics. Miguel Alvariño Garcia (born May 31, 1994, in As Pontes de García Rodríguez, Galicia) is an athlete from Spain, who competes in recurve archery. He found prominence as the winner of the men's individual archery competition at the inaugural European Games. At the same event, he was part of the Spanish team that won a silver medal in the team competition. 2017 World Archery Championships
The 2017 World Archery Championships was the 49th edition of the event. It was held in Mexico City, Mexico from 15 to 22 October 2017 and was organised by World Archery Federation (formerly known as FITA). Qualification and elimination rounds took place at the Campo Marte. The competition was preceded by the World Archery Federation Congress on 13–14 October. Alicia Marín Martínez (born 17 April 1997 in Madrid) is a Spanish recurve archer. She has competed for Spain at the Summer Youth Olympics, World Archery Championships, the Archery World Cup, and the European Games, winning a bronze medal in the latter in 2015. Career 2014-2016 Marín competed in her first senior tournament in 2014 at the European Outdoor Championships in Armenia, defeating Russia's Inna Stepanova in the bronze medal match to earn her maiden senior archery medal. The World Archery Federation (WA, also and formerly known as FITA from the French ''Fédération Internationale de Tir à l'Arc'') is the governing body of the sport of archery. It is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. It is composed of 156 national federations and other archery associations, and is recognised by the International Olympic Committee.
