Uruguay (; ), officially the Oriental Republic of Uruguay ( es, República Oriental del Uruguay), is a country in South America. It shares borders with Argentina to its west and southwest and Brazil to its north and northeast; while bordering the Río de la Plata to the south and the Atlantic Ocean to the southeast. It is part of the Southern Cone region of South America. Nassau ( ) is the capital and largest city of the Bahamas. Jan Michał Dziedziczak (born 3 August 1981 in Warsaw) is a Polish politician and political scientist, currently the minister in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister responsible for the ''Polish diaspora''. A graduate of the University of Warsaw, he is also a ZHR scout instructor. His career included roles as Spokesperson for the Council of Ministers and as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs. Biography Dziedziczak studied at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies of the University of Warsaw.
