Ashok Saraf
Ashok Saraf (Hindii pronunciation: ʃoːk səɾaːf born 4 June 1947) is an Indian film and stage actor and comedian. He has appeared in many Marathi language films and stage plays in lead roles and in Hindi language films and TV serials in supporting roles. He received five Filmfare Awards, Maharashtra government award for the film ''Pandu Havaldar'', Screen Award for ''Sawai Havaldar'', Bhojpuri Film Award for ''Maika Bitua'', ten state government awards for Marathi films and Best Comedian in '' Maharashtracha Favorite Kon''. From the early 1980s, Saraf started getting cast as the leading hero in Marathi films. Sachin Pilgaonkar, often known mononymously by his screen name Sachin, is an Indian actor, director, producer, writer and singer of Marathi and Hindi films. He has directed and acted in several Marathi films of the late 1980s and early 1990s. ''Gammat Jammat'' (transl. Fun And Frotic) is a 1987 Indian Marathi-language comedy-drama film directed by Sachin Pilgaonkar and produced by Satish Kulkarni. It stars Sachin Pilgaonkar, Ashok Saraf and Varsha Usgaonkar in lead roles with Shrikant Moghe, Ashalata Wabgaonkar, Charushila Sable and Sudhir Joshi in supporting roles. ''De Danadan'' is a 1987 Indian Marathi-language movie written by Narayan Deulgavkar and produced and directed by Mahesh Kothare. Dilip Prabhavalkar (born 4 August 1944) is an Indian Marathi actor, director, playwright and author. He has a career spanning over four decades in Hindi and Marathi theatre, television and movies. Dr.Shriram Lagoo (16 November 1927 – 17 December 2019) was an Indian film and theatre actor, in Hindi and Marathi, in addition to being an ENT Surgeon. He was known for his character roles in films. He acted in over 250 films including Hindi and Marathi films as well as Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati plays, and directed over 20 Marathi plays.
