) is a village Police constable. The government is carrying out atomic research testing in a deserted area. Lakshya by his ignorance throws away his wireless "walkie-talkie" ignoring the police control warning. He enters that restricted area when the blast takes place. He is miraculously saved but after this incident due to the atomic reaction, his body gets a superpower. But all his powers fail when he sees the red colour.
