Kaiya Ruiter
Kaiya Ruiter (born 13 May 2006) is a Canadian figure skater. She is a two-time ISU Challenger Series silver medalist, the 2024 Canadian national champion, and the 2023 Canadian national silver medalist. On the junior level, Ruiter is a two-time ISU Junior Grand Prix medalist and the 2020 Canadian junior national champion. Personal life Ruiter was born on 13 May 2006 in Ottawa, Ontario, to parents Kris and Victoria. She is the second of four children. Her three sisters – Keaghan, Vaunya, and Vyan – have all competed in figure skating. Ruiter attends school through a homeschooling program. Career Early years Ruiter began learning to skate with her parents and sisters at age four on the Rideau Canal in Ottawa. The ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating (titled the ISU Junior Series in the 1997–98 season) is a series of international junior-level competitions organized by the International Skating Union. Medals are awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. The series was inaugurated in 1997 to complement the senior-level ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating. Lindsay Thorngren (born December 5, 2005) is an American figure skater. She is the 2022 CS Golden Spin of Zagreb champion and 2022 Challenge Cup silver medalist. She is also the 2022 World Junior bronze medalist, the 2021 JGP France I champion, and the 2020 U.S. national junior champion. Kimmy Vivienne Repond (born 18 October 2006) is a Swiss figure skater. She is the 2023 European bronze medalist, a three-time ISU Challenger Series medalist, and the 2024 Swiss national champion. Repond finished seventh at both the 2022 and 2023 World Junior Championships, and is a two-time (2020, 2022) Swiss junior national champion. 2019 Canadian Figure Skating Championships
The 2019 Canadian Tire National Skating Championships was held from January 13–20, 2019 in Saint John, New Brunswick. Organized by Skate Canada and sponsored by Canadian Tire, the event determined the national champions of Canada. Medals were be awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dancing on the senior, junior, and novice levels. Although the official International Skating Union terminology for female skaters in the singles category is ''ladies'', Skate Canada uses ''women'' officially. The results of this competition were among the selection criteria for the 2019 World Championships, the 2019 Four Continents Championships, and the 2019 World Junior Championships. Kaetlyn Osmond
Kaetlyn Osmond (born December 5, 1995) is a retired competitive Canadian figure skater who competed in ladies' singles. A three-time Canadian national champion (2013, 2014, 2017), Osmond competed internationally at the senior level from 2012 to 2018, winning three Olympic medals (gold and silver in the team event, and individual bronze), two World Championship medals (gold and silver), and one Grand Prix Final medal (bronze). Osmond debuted on the senior level in 2012 and won gold at the 2012 Skate Canada International.
