Jorge Fernández-Valdés
Jorge Diogenes Fernández-Valdés (born 6 August 1992) is an Argentine professional golfer who currently plays on the Korn Ferry Tour. Amateur career Fernández-Valdés had a successful junior career representing Argentina at the 2009 Toyota Junior Golf World Cup in Japan and finishing runner up in the 2010 Callaway Junior World Golf Championships in the 15-17 age category at Torrey Pines Golf Course. During his amateur career Fernández-Valdés also competed in the 2008 U.S. Junior Amateur and was a two time winner of the Pereyra Iraola Cup in 2008 and 2011 as the low amateur in the Argentine Open. Professional career Fernández-Valdés turned professional in 2012 and immediately joined PGA Tour Latinoamérica, making his inaugural start on the tour at the 2012 Roberto De Vicenzo Invitational Copa NEC. PGA Tour Latinoamérica
PGA Tour Latinoamérica is a third level professional golf tour formed in 2012 and operated by the PGA Tour. It was formed in concert with the now defunct Tour de las Américas. Executives from the Tour de las Américas became employees of the new tour. PGA Tour Latinoamérica is one of a number of lower-tier tours that factor into the Official World Golf Ranking, awarding a minimum of six points to the winner and points to the top six plus ties. The top five in the tour's Order of Merit earn status on the Korn Ferry Tour, with the money leader being fully exempt. The Order of Merit Winner also receives the Roberto De Vicenzo Award, named after one of the first golf stars to come out of Latin America. Ramón Armando Favela Álvarez (born 23 April 1986) is a Mexican professional golfer who plays on PGA Tour Latinoamérica. Having graduated from Loyola University Chicago in 2009 as the most accomplished golfer in the university's history, Favela turned pro the following year. Joel Isaac Dahmen (born November 11, 1987) is an American professional golfer. Amateur career Born and raised in Clarkston, Washington, Dahmen was a two-time Washington Interscholastic Activities Association 3A state golf champion at Clarkston High School. He played one year of college golf at the University of Washington in Seattle. Professional career Dahmen played on PGA Tour Canada from 2010 to 2013 without much success. The 2014 PGA Tour Latinoamérica was the third season of PGA Tour Latinoamérica, having converted from the Tour de las Américas which ceased to operate in 2012. Armando Villarreal (born 1986) is an American soccer referee. He has officiated in Major League Soccer since 2012 and was added to the FIFA International Referees List in 2015. Biography Villarreal began refereeing at the age of 18, when a league in which he played in Brownsville, Texas, needed volunteers for under-5 matches. He then took a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) course to qualify for grade 8 as a referee and began officiating around Texas. After working as a fourth official in Major League Soccer (MLS), Villarreal was referee for his first game in the competition on May 24, 2012, between the New York Red Bulls and Chivas USA. The 2013 PGA Tour Latinoamérica, titled as the 2013 NEC Series-PGA Tour Latinoamérica for sponsorship reasons, was the second season of PGA Tour Latinoamérica, the main professional golf tour in Latin America, operated and run by the PGA Tour.
