Habibur Rahman Sohag
Habibur Rahman Sohag ( bn, হাবিবুর রহমান সোহাগ; born 1 January 1993) is a Bangladeshi professional footballer who last played for Bangladeshi club Sheikh Russel KC. He also represented the Bangladesh national team in 2021. A versatile player, Sohag played in multiple roles, including central midfielder and attacking midfielder, towards the end of his career he played as a centre-back or defensive midfielder. Early career Sohag was born in Naragathi village of Narail District. In 2003, he started practicing at the Narayanganj Osmani Stadium and was later picked up by teams in the district league. He also played in the JFA Cup U-14 tournament. In 2006, Sohag was selected by the BFF for advanced training at the Tata Academy Jamshedpur in India. Narail
Narail ( bn, নড়াইল, pron: ''nɔɽail'') is a district in south-western Bangladesh. It is a part of Khulna Division. History Narail town was named after a feudal lord (a zamindar). The zamindars established a market at Roopgonj, also named after a zamindar. They established a post office for the first time in the district during British Raj near Rotongonj, named after another member of the zamindar's family. They modernised Narail, and promoted culture, sports and education. The large playing field, Kuriddobe, was a gift of the zamindar's family. The 2020–21 Federation Cup (due to sponsorship from Walton also known as ''Walton Federation Cup 2020'') was the 32nd edition of the tournament, the main domestic annual club football competition in Bangladesh organized by Bangladesh Football Federation. Sean Brendan Lane (born 16 January 1964) is an English former professional footballer who played mostly as a striker/midfielder for Hereford United FC and Derby County FC. Maruful Haque ( bn, মারুফুল হক) is a Bangladeshi professional football coach and former player, who is currently the head coach of Sheikh Jamal DC. Brothers Union
Brothers Union is a football club based in Gopibag, Dhaka. The club was founded in 1949 and the regal business tycoon Kazi Ghiyasuddin Ahmed, better known as K. G. Ahmed served as the founder chairman of the club. At the beginning it was a well-known cultural organization. In 1973, the club started their football activities. They played 3rd Division Football League in 1973 and in 1974 and were promoted to 2nd Division in 1975. Super Cup is the highest-budgeted football competition organized by the Bangladesh Football Federation and is one of the two club football season cups in Bangladesh, the other being Federation Cup. It started in 2009. The tournament is currently sponsored by Grameenphone. Pioneer Football League ( ban, পাইওনিয়ার ফুটবল লীগ ), also known as the Bangladesh Pioneer Football League, is an age-level league and also the sixth-tier of Bangladeshi football organised by Bangladesh Football Federation.
