Latin
Latin (, or , ) is a classical language belonging to the Italic branch of the Indo-European languages. Latin was originally a dialect spoken in the lower Tiber area (then known as Latium) around present-day Rome, but through the power of the Roman Republic it became the dominant language in the Italian region and subsequently throughout the Roman Empire. The Lancia Flavia (Tipo 815/819/820) is an executive car produced by Lancia in Italy from 1961 to 1971. Production continued as the Lancia 2000 from 1971 to 1975. The Flavia was launched with a 1,500 cc engine at the Turin Motor Show#1960, 1960 Turin Motor Show by Lancia and introduced in major European markets during the next twelve months. Coupé and convertible versions developed by Pininfarina and Vignale quickly followed, together with one or two low volume "specials" including a Zagato coupé. Performance improved over the next ten years as the engine sizes increased, progressively, to 2,000 cc. The car remained in production until 1970 when it was updated and renamed the ''Lancia 2000''. Flavia is a hot beverage system that prepares single servings of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate drinks. The brand was owned by Mars Drinks, a division of Mars, Incorporated until October 1, 2018, when Lavazza purchased Mars’s coffee units. Products FLAVIA claims its patented technology brews drinks in a single serve "Fresh Pack" which means that the pack is the actual brewing chamber. The drink pours directly from the packet into the cup, rather than through a common channel, so that each drink is not tainted by the previously brewed drink. Used packs are collected in a tray that is then emptied periodically when prompted. The Fresh Packs are foil-sealed, protecting the ground coffees and teas from oxygen and moisture. Production ''Princess Flavia'' was staged by J. C. Huffman and produced by Lee Shubert and J. J. Shubert. The Broadway show opened November 2, 1925, at the Century Theatre.
