Feel Air
Feel Air was a Norwegian low-cost airline that had announced plans to operate intercontinental flights from Oslo Airport, Gardermoen in Norway and Stockholm-Arlanda Airport in Sweden. The plans were launched on 2 October 2009 and the announced starting date was spring 2011 with Airbus A330-200 aircraft. Services would be from both Oslo and Stockholm to John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City, United States and Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok, Thailand. The airline never came on its own feet, and late in 2011 it dropped the whole plan. The airline had a plan to have 160 employees at start-up and a share capital of 240 million Norwegian krone, sold by DNB Markets. The company is led by Kai Holmberg and Otto Lagarhus and based at Ramstad in Bærum, Norway. Oslo Airport, Gardermoen
Oslo Airport ( no, Oslo lufthavn; ), alternatively referred to as Oslo Gardermoen Airport or simply Gardermoen, is the international airport serving Oslo, Norway, the capital and most populous city in the country. A hub for Flyr, Norse Atlantic Airways, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Scandinavian Airlines and Widerøe, it connects to 26 domestic and 158 international destinations. The airport is located northeast of Oslo, at Gardermoen at the border of municipalities Nannestad and Ullensaker, in Viken county. It has two parallel roughly north–south runways measuring and and 71 aircraft stands, of which 50 have jet bridges. Ramstad
Ramstad is a district in central Bærum, Norway. It is known mainly for its school and a former station on the Drammen Line. History, geography and transportation The name Ramstad is based on the men's given name Ravn, meaning raven. It is taken from the local farm, which dates from the Scandinavian Iron Age. As most farms in the region it belonged to the Church of Norway, but the crown usurped the property following the Protestant Reformation. The first private owner was Knud Frantzen in 1668, who at that time owned Nesøygodset. Various owners followed, and in 1772 the farm was parted in two; Upper and Lower Ramstad. The parts were reunited in 1903. Around the same time, the district was being built up with residences. The Airbus A330 is a wide-body aircraft developed and produced by Airbus. Airbus conceived several derivatives of the A300, its first airliner in the mid-1970s. Then the company began development on the A330 twinjet in parallel with the A340 quadjet and launched both designs with their first orders in June 1987. The A330-300, the first variant, took its maiden flight in November 1992 and entered service with Air Inter in January 1994. The slightly shorter A330-200 variant followed in 1998.
