Emil Hurezeanu
Emil Horaţiu Hurezeanu (; born August 26, 1955, in Sibiu, Sibiu County, Romania) is a Romanian journalist and writer. He has served as Romania's ambassador in Germany since 5 May 2015. Since 19 May 2021, he has been accredited as ambassador of Romania in Austria by incumbent President Klaus Iohannis. Education He graduated from the Law School of Babeş-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca (1975–1979). Then, he worked as jurist in Alba County (1980–1981) and Mediaș (1981–1982) and at Eminescu Bookshop in Sibiu (1981). Between 1981 and 1982, he studied at Vienna and in October 1983, Hurezeanu obtained political asylum in West Germany. Journalistic activity For more than a decade, he worked for the Romanian department of Radio Free Europe (1983–1994), in Munich. MureÈ™ County
Mureș County (, ro, Județul Mures, hu, Maros megye) is a county ('' județ'') of Romania, in the historical region of Transylvania, with the administrative centre in Târgu Mureș. Ion Negoiţescu (; also known as Nego; August 10, 1921 – February 6, 1993) was a Romanian literary historian, critic, poet, novelist and memoirist, one of the leading members of the Sibiu Literary Circle. A rebellious and eccentric figure, Negoiţescu began his career while still an adolescent, and made himself known as a literary ideologue of the 1940s generation. Realitatea TV (, meaning "The Reality TV") is the former name of the Romanian news television channel Realitatea Plus. The channel began broadcasting in 2001 as a general-profile television and became the first Romanian news television in 2002. Its owners are Romanian politician Cozmin Guşă and businessman Maricel Păcuraru. After becoming insolvent in 2011 and bankruptcy in 2019, the channel lost its license on 31 October 2019. Adrian Năstase (; born 22 June 1950) is a Romanian jurist, academic/professor, blogger, and former politician who served as the Prime Minister of Romania from October 2000 to December 2004. He competed in the 2004 presidential election as the Social Democratic Party (PSD) candidate, but was defeated by the centre-right Justice and Truth Alliance (DA) candidate Traian Băsescu who pertained at that time to the Democratic Party (PD).
