Crashed Ice
Crashed Ice (full official name: ''Red Bull Crashed Ice'') is a world tour in the winter sport, winter extreme sport, extreme sporting event, ''ice cross downhill'' (or downhill ice cross), which involves downhill Ice skating, skating in an urban environment, on a track which includes steep turns and high vertical drops. Racers speed down the course's turns, berms, and jumps. Competitors, having advanced from one of the tryouts in the prior months, race in heats of four skaters, with the top two advancing from each heat. The event was renamed, "Ice cross downhill" after the 2019 season. The series was created and is managed by energy drinks company Red Bull. It is similar to ski cross and snowboard cross, except with ice skates on an ice track, instead of skis or snowboards on a snow track. "Crashed" is the third U.S. rock single, (the fifth overall), from the band Daughtry's debut album. It was released only to U.S. rock stations on September 5, 2007. Upon its release the song got adds at those stations, along with some Alternative and Top 40 stations. The song's release is like the release of " What I Want" in that while " Over You" was the mainstream third single, "Crashed" was the third single on U.S. rock stations. Music video Like "What I Want" it did not have an official video, since the band made one for the main third single, "Over You" instead. It did however have an unofficial promo video that mixes black and white scenes of the band performing with clips from the ACC and SEC College Football season, which the song was used to open. United States National Bandy Team
United States national bandy team has been taking part in the Bandy World Championships since 1985, being the first nation to join apart from the four teams which had so far participated in almost all the world championships; the Soviet Union, Sweden, Finland and Norway. However, the American team has yet to make it to the championship medals. America also plays Canada in the annual Can-Am Bandy Cup.
