HKR International
HKR International Limited (, abbreviated as HKRI) is a conglomerate headquartered in Hong Kong. The company was founded by Cha Chi-ming, a textile industrialist from Shanghai and one of the pioneers of Hong Kong's industrial boom in the 1950-70s. History HKR International is traced back to Hong Kong Resort Company Limited (“Hong Kong Resort”) founded in 1973. In 1977, the company acquired the rights to Discovery Bay development on Lantau Island in an opaque and much criticized deal. Tsuen Wan
Tsuen Wan (formerly also spelled Tsun Wan) is a town built on a bay in the western New Territories of Hong Kong, opposite of Tsing Yi Island across Rambler Channel. The market town of Tsuen Wan emerged from the surrounding villages and fleets of fishing boats in the area. The now-crowded city is around the present-day Tsuen Wan station of the MTR. Jing'an District
Jing'an District () is one of the central districts of Shanghai. In 2014, it had 1,180,000 inhabitants in an area of . The district borders the Hongkou District to the east, Huangpu District, Shanghai, Huangpu District to the east and south, Putuo District, Shanghai, Putuo District to the west, Baoshan District, Shanghai, Baoshan District to the north and Changning District to the west. Cha House is a building in Shanghai, People's Republic of China. The building was constructed in 1920 and was owned and used by two brothers, Qiu Xinshan and Qiu Weiqing, who were businessmen in the dye industry at that time. The Qius' residence originally comprised two blocks, the East Block and West Block. The West Block was demolished for the reconstruction of Minli Middle School, while the East Block was used as the office building of the school. HKRI Taikoo Hui () is a mixed use development on West Nanjing Road in Shanghai, China. It comprises two office towers, a large retail mall, 102 serviced apartments and a 111-room hotel called The Middle House. In late 2017, Starbucks opened a Reserve Roastery at the project, the largest Starbucks branch in the world at the time. To Kwa Wan () is a bay and an area of the eastern shore of Kowloon peninsula. The area is part of urban Hong Kong, and is situated between Hok Yuen, Hung Hom, Ma Tau Wai and Ma Tau Kok.
