Chaos Magick (album)
''Chaos Magick'' is the second studio album by Finnish black metal band Saturnian Mist. It was recorded at the ''Blackvox Studio'' at Tampere, Finland in April–September 2014 and mastered at the ''Turan Audio'' in Oxford, UK by Tim Turan in October 2014. Two music videos were made from the album, both directed and edited by fra. Zetekh. First one "The True Law" was released also as a single in December 2014 and the second music video was from the track "Bloodsoaked Chakrament". The CD version was released by Candlelight Records on 27 April 2015; the vinyl version was released by Saturnal Records. The vinyl version does not include the track "Yoga, Hate, Fuck". Blackened Death Metal
Blackened death metal (also known as black death metal) is an extreme subgenre of heavy metal that fuses elements of black metal and death metal. The genre emerged in early 1990s when black metal bands began incorporating elements of death metal and vice versa. The genre typically employs death growls, tremolo picking, blast beats, and Satanic lyrics and imagery. Bands of the genre typically employ corpse paint, which was adapted from black metal. Candlelight Records is a British record label based in England and founded by former Extreme Noise Terror bassist Lee Barrett, though it has had a division in the United States since January 2001. Candlelight Records specialises in black metal, and later on melodic death metal and death metal, having bands such as Emperor, Obituary, 1349, Theatre of Tragedy, Xerath, Dismember, Keep of Kalessin, Nachtmystium and Zyklon on its roster. ''Gnostikoi Ha-Shaitan'' is the first studio album by Finnish black metal band Saturnian Mist Saturnian Mist is a black metal band that formed in 2006 at Kuopio, Finland by vocalist fra. It was recorded at three locations, Watercastle Studios, Desolate Star Studios and Ordo Templi Keliokis, during December 2010 - February 2011. The title is combination of Hebrew and Ancient Greek and it loosely translates: "Those who are able to know the adversity". According to Metal Rules interview of the band's vocalist Zetekh "Adversity" refers here to an archetype of the Devil and "Gnostikoi" means "Those who are able to know", derivative from the works of Plato and the term Gnosis.
