Amredin Mohammad Anwar Sharifi ( prs, امرالدين شریفی; born 2 July 1992) is a professional footballer who plays as a forward. He last played for Bangladesh Premier League club Fortis. Born in Iran, he plays for the Afghanistan national team. Career He joined Shaheen Asmayee in 2013. In 2017, he scored four goals in 2017 Sheikh Kamal International Club Cup, making him the top goalscorer in the competition. Bangladesh Police On 30 November 2021, Sharifi made his debut for Bangladesh Police against Chittagong Abahani during the 2021–22 Independence Cup group stage match. He scored his first for the club in the same competition against Sheikh Russel KC during the semifinals. The 2014 AFC Challenge Cup was the fifth and the final edition of the AFC Challenge Cup, an international football competition for Asian Football Confederation (AFC) member nations that are mainly categorized as "emerging countries" in the now defunct Vision Asia programme. The Punjab Stadium is a football stadium in Lahore, Pakistan. It was nicknamed the "Ian Rush Stadium" after the Liverpool striker visited Pakistan to promote grassroots football in the country.
