Austin Bauer
Austin James Bauer (born 7 February 1997) is a Canadian badminton player. He started playing badminton at aged 5, and in 2014, he competed at the World Junior Championships in Malaysia. Bauer trained at the Calgary Winter Club in a beginners group, then he moved to the ClearOne badminton club. He won silver at the 2017 Pan Am Badminton Championships The XXI 2017 Pan Am Badminton Championships were held as two events in different counties. Nyl Yakura
Nyl Kiyoshi Yakura (born 14 February 1993) is a Canadian badminton player. He captured two gold medals at the Pan American Games, winning the men's doubles title in 2019 and 2023, and also a silver in the mixed doubles in 2019. Yakura, who grew up in Pickering, currently lives in Toronto and trains at the KC Badminton Club in Markham. Career Yakura competed at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. In June 2021, Yakura was named to Canada's Olympic team. Competing in the men's doubles event with Jason Ho-Shue, his pace was stopped in the group stage. Sports City Coliseum
Coliseo de la Ciudad Deportiva is an indoor sporting arena located in Havana, Cuba. Built in 1957, the Coliseum is one of the most important works of Cuban Civil Engineering. It is located at the intersection of Boyeros and Vía Blanca avenues in the Cerro Municipality. The capacity of the arena is for 15,000 spectators. Ty Alexander Lindeman (born 15 August 1997) is a Canadian badminton player. He trains at B-Active Badminton Club, and in 2015, he represented Alberta competed at the XXV Canada Games. He won two U23 national titles in 2016 for men's doubles (with Austin Bauer) and mixed doubles (with Takeisha Wang). In 2017, he won the silver medal at the Pan Am Championships in the men's doubles event with his partner, Austin Bauer. In 2018, he competed at the Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast.
