École des nouveaux métiers de la communication (formerly École française des attachés de presse, EFAP) is a French private school of communication founded in 1961 by Denis Huisman. History Originally dedicated solely to training press officers, EFAP opened up to training for all communications professions and was renamed "EFAP, l'école des métiers de la communication" in 1981. The school belongs to the Écoles Denis-Huisman group (EDH, created in 1991), which includes EFAP, the École française de journalisme (EFJ) and the École des métiers de la culture et du marché de l'art (ICART). In July 2014, the Franco-British investment fund Platina Equity Solutions (80% shareholder) and Amin Khiari bought the group for over 15 million euros from its founder, 85-year-old Denis Huisman. Denis Huisman
Denis Huisman (13 April 1929 – 2 February 2021) was a French academic and writer. Biography Denis was born to and Marcelle Wogue in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. His family was Jewish. On 8 April 1949, he married Gisèle Cahen, who he would divorce, and subsequently married Marie-Agnès Malfray. He then would marry Catherine Cremnitz, who he divorced and was then espoused to Marie-Françoise Cheilletz in 2013. His children were Arnaud, Bruno, Emmanuelle, Dominique, Sophie-Caroline, Elsa, and Violaine. Huisman attended secondary school at the Lycée Montaigne, the Lycée Claude-Bernard, and the Lycée Henri-IV. He continued his studies at the Faculté des lettres de Paris and at Sciences Po. He is known for his controversial political art performances, which he calls "events of Subject-Object Art" (previously "events of political art"). His work often involves nudity and self-mutilation. Santander, Spain
Santander () is the capital of the autonomous community and historical region of Cantabria situated on the north coast of Spain. It is a port city located east of Gijón and west of Bilbao with a population of 172,000 (2017).
