Sur SC
Sur Sports Club () is an Football clubs of Oman, Omani sports club based in Sur, Oman, Sur. The club currently plays in the Oman Professional League, top division of Oman Football Association. Their home stadium is Sur Sports Complex. The stadium is government owned, but they also own their personal stadium and sports equipment, as well as their own training facilities. Being a multisport club Although being mainly known for their football, Sur SC like many other clubs in Oman, have not only football in their list, but also field hockey, hockey, volleyball, Team handball, handball, basketball, badminton and squash (sport), squash. Ashraf Kasem
Ashraf Kassem Raman (; born 25 July 1966) is an Egyptian football manager and former player who is in charge of Al-Hussein Irbid. Career Kasem played as a defender for Zamalek from 1984 to 1997. He also played for Al-Hilal of Saudi Arabia in 1994. The Oman Super Cup () is an Omani football cup competition. It has been played on and off since the first edition was held in 1999. It is the curtain raiser to the Omani football season. The 2007 Omani Federation Cup was the first edition of a pre-season football competition held in Oman and was also known as Oman FA Cup. Omani Federation Cup
The Oman Professional League Cup () (known as the ''Mazda Professional Cup'' for sponsorship reasons), previously known as the Oman Federation Cup, is an Omani football competition. The first edition was played in 2007 and was known as the Oman FA Cup. The competition was not played again until 2012. The competition tends to feature all clubs currently playing in the top flight. The Professional League Cup ranks far below the prestigious Sultan Qaboos Cup in terms of domestic competitions. In 2014, ahead of the 2014-15 Oman Professional League Cup, Oman Football Association announced that Mazda had agreed to sponsor the Professional League Cup and would be known as the Mazda Professional Cup for a period of four years. 2014–15 Sultan Qaboos Cup
The 2014–15 Sultan Qaboos Cup was the 42nd edition of the Sultan Qaboos Cup (), the premier knockout tournament for football teams in Oman. The competition began on 9 October 2014 with the qualification round. Fanja SC were the defending champions, having won their ninth title in 2014. On Friday, 22 May 2015, Al-Oruba SC were crowned the champions of the 2014–15 Sultan Qaboos Cup when they defeated fierce domestic rivals Sur SC 2-0, hence winning the title for the fourth time. Sultan Qaboos Cup
The Sultan Qaboos Cup (), also known as the HM's Cup, is Oman's premier knockout tournament for men's football. It was officially founded in 1972 and the champions of that first edition were Al-Ahli. It was briefly known as Oman Cup. Currently, the most successful club in the league is Dhofar with a total of eleven titles to their name, with the latest win at the 2023–24 season.
