The Oman Professional League (; known as the ''Omantel Professional League'' for sponsorship reasons), previously known as the Omantel Elite League, is the top division of the Oman Football Association, and was officially created in 1976. Currently, the most successful team in the league is Dhofar S.C.S.C., Dhofar with 12 titles to their name. Al-Ittihad Club (Salalah)
Al-Ittihad Club () is an Omani sports club based in Salalah, in southern Oman. The club currently plays in Oman First Division League, first division of Oman Football Association. Their home ground is Al-Saada Stadium. They also recognize the older Salalah Sports Complex as their home ground. Al Buraimi Governorate () is one of the 11 governorates of Oman. The area was part of Ad Dhahirah Region until October 2006, when a new governorate was created from the wilayats (provinces) of Al Buraymi and Mahdah. Sur, Oman
Sur () is the capital city of Ash Sharqiyah South Governorate, and the former capital of Ash Sharqiyah Region in northeastern Oman, on the coast of the Gulf of Oman.
