NK Dugopolje
NK Dugopolje is a Croatian professional football club based in the town of Dugopolje on the outskirts of Split, a city on the Adriatic coast. They were founded in 1952, and they currently play in the Prva nogometna liga (English: First football league), commonly Prva NL or 1. NL, is the second tier of the football league system in Croatia. History The club was founded in 1952 as NK Proleter. The 2009–10 season was a successful one for Dugopolje as they finished top of the 3. HNL South and were promoted to the Croatian Second Football League. In their first season in the second division of Croatian football, Dugopolje finished eighth out of a total of 16 teams. Stadion Hrvatski Vitezovi
Stadion Hrvatski vitezovi ( English: ''Croatian Knights Stadium'') is a football stadium in Dugopolje, near the city of Split in southern Croatia. The stadium has a capacity of 5,200 and is home to the second-level side NK Dugopolje. The stadium was officially opened on 22 July 2009, with a friendly game between Dugopolje and Hajduk Split. The stadium's construction cost was 55 million kuna and is part of a larger sports complex which includes club's administration buildings, several swimming pools and tennis courts. In June 2009 the stadium was visited by UEFA's stadium licensing inspection which gave it high marks, and approved the stadium to be used for European matches. 2010–11 Croatian Second Football League
The 2010–11 Druga HNL (also known as 2. HNL) was the 20th season of Croatia's second level football competition since its establishment in 1992. RNK Split were league champions and were promoted to Prva HNL at the end of the previous season. The competition started on 21 August 2010 and ended on 29 May 2011. Format The league was contested by 16 teams (two more than in the previous season). Despite planned reduction in the number of clubs in Prva HNL for the 2011–12 season (in which the top flight was set to be reduced from 16 to 12 clubs), CFF Assembly on 17 December 2010 delayed the execution of this changes by one year. Josip Špoljarić (born 5 January 1997) is a Croatian professional footballer who plays for Slovenian club Nafta 1903. Club career Špoljarić spent his entire youth career in his hometown club NK Osijek. A youth international, he was chosen in the summer of 2014 as the best player of the Croatian U-17 football league. The 2013–14 Druga HNL (also known as 2. HNL) was the 23rd season of Croatia's second level football competition since its establishment in 1992.
