2014–15 Croatian Second Football League
The 2014–15 Croatian Second Football League (also known as Druga HNL or 2. HNL) is the 24th season of Croatia's second level football competition since its establishment in 1992. NK Zagreb were league champions and earned a place in Croatia's first division, Croatian First Football League. Pomorac withdrew from the competition due to financial instability. Format The league is contested by 12 teams. Only two teams from Croatian Third Football League were granted license for competing in the second level - Bistra and Imotski. Croatian Second Football League
The Croatian Second Football League (), commonly Druga NL or 2. NL, is the third tier of the Croatian football league system. The league was established in 1991, following the dissolution of the Yugoslav League. It is operated by the Croatian Football Federation. It was previously known as the Third Football League, but was renamed with the other leagues for the start of the 2022–23 season. Rules , at least three players under 21 years of age must play in each match, and only two foreign nationals are permitted to play for each team. Format Since its inception in 1992, the league has changed formats several times. In its inaugural season, the league had four divisions (North, Center, South and West). In the 1992–93 season, a fifth division was added (East). Velika Gorica
Velika Gorica () is the largest and most populous city in Zagreb County, Croatia. Stadion Hrvatski vitezovi ( English: ''Croatian Knights Stadium'') is a football stadium in Dugopolje, near the city of Split in southern Croatia. The stadium has a capacity of 5,200 and is home to the second-level side NK Dugopolje. The stadium was officially opened on 22 July 2009, with a friendly game between Dugopolje and Hajduk Split. NK Pomorac
NK Pomorac 1921 is a Croatian football club based in Kostrena, a suburb of Rijeka which currently plays in Croatian third tier 3. HNL West.
