In July 2009, Okereke stated that the band did not have a current recording contract and had no obligation or pressure to release a new album in the foreseeable future; he went on to suggest that the release of a fourth album was on an indefinite timescale. A new single, " One More Chance", was released in August 2009. The song did not appear on ''Intimacy'' and was produced by Jacknife Lee.
