Polish fencers have qualified a full squad in the women's team sabre by picking up the spare berth freed up by Africa for being the next highest ranking nation in the FIE Olympic Team Rankings. Hanna Łyczbińska secured a spot on the Polish team in the women's foil by virtue of a top two placement from Europe outside the world's top 14 in the FIE Adjusted Official Rankings. Modern pentathlon

Poland has qualified a total of three modern pentathletes for the following events at the Games.
