picture info	Łukasz Kubot Łukasz Kubot (; born 16 May 1982) is a Polish professional tennis player who is a former world No. 1 in doubles. He is a two-time Grand Slam champion in doubles, having won the 2014 Australian Open with Robert Lindstedt, as well as the 2017 Wimbledon Championships with Marcelo Melo. Kubot has won 27 doubles titles on the ATP Tour, including 4 at Masters 1000 level, all alongside Melo. Kubot and Melo also finished runners-up at the 2018 US Open and 2017 ATP Finals. On 8 January 2018, he achieved the world No. 1 ranking in doubles, becoming the first Polish player ever to do so in singles or doubles. Kubot has also had success in singles, achieving a career-high ranking of world No. 41 in April 2010 and reaching the quarterfinals of the 2013 Wimbledon Championships.
