Ülar Mark
Ülar Mark (born 12 February 1968) is an Estonian architect. He graduated from the Department of Architecture of the Tallinn University of Art (today's Estonian Academy of Arts) in 1995. From 1999 to 2002 Ülar Mark worked as the chief architect of the city of Narva. Since 2002, Mark has worked in the architectural bureau Urban Mark OÜ. Ülar Mark is a member of the Union of Estonian Architects and from 2006 to 2007 was the chairman of the union. From 2009 to 2013 Ülar Mark worked as the chairman of the Estonian Center of Architecture. From 2009- Ülar Mark is partner of Allianss Architects OÜ. Notable works by Ülar Mark are the gallery of the Bank of Estonia, the Tallink Spa Hotel and the new railway station of Tartu. In addition, Ülar Mark has designed numerous urban and planning projects in Estonia and abroad. Mark has been in a long-term relationship with singer and actress Kärt Tomingas for many years. Estonians
Estonians or Estonian people ( et, eestlased) are a Finnic ethnic group native to Estonia who speak the Estonian language. Estonian Academy Of Arts
The Estonian Academy of Arts ( Estonian: ''Eesti Kunstiakadeemia'', EKA) is the only public university in Estonia providing higher education in art, design, architecture, media, art history and conservation-restoration. Narva
Narva, russian: Нарва is a municipality and city in Estonia. It is located in Ida-Viru County, Ida-Viru county, at the Extreme points of Estonia, eastern extreme point of Estonia, on the west bank of the Narva (river), Narva river which forms the Estonia–Russia border, Estonia–Russia international border. Union Of Estonian Architects
Union of Estonian Architects (or Estonian Association of Architects, EAA; et, Eesti Arhitektide Liit) organizes architects, landscape architects and architecture researchers. EAA re-established 27 June 1989. EAA is a legal successor of ''Estonian Association of Architects'', which was established on 8 October 1921. Since 2010 the head of EAA is Peeter Pere. Every year EAA gives out annual prize to Estonian architects or to Estonian architectural firms who have projected the most notable structure in the past year. Tartu

Kärt Tomingas
Kärt Tomingas (born 5 April 1967) is an Estonian stage, television, voice and film actress, singer, lecturer and acting and theatre pedagogue. Tomingas' career began in the 1980s as a folk-pop, rock and jazz singer and soon after began a career as an actress. Since 2008, she has been an acting lecturer and has taught acting. Early life and education Kärt Tomingas was born in Tallinn to architect Rein and Tamara Tomingas (''née'' Palm). She has a sister Triin and two paternal half-siblings. After her parents divorced when she was young, she moved with her mother and sister to Keila to live with her grandmother where she attended primary and secondary schools, graduating from Keila Gymnasium in 1985.
