Yu Beichen
Yu Beichen is a former major general in the Republic of China Army and currently a Taiwanese non-partisan politician. His personnel background in the military was from the fraction of General Kao Hua-chu and General Lee Hsiang-chou. He was involved in Taiwanese politics after his retirement and currently runs his own YouTube channel, and was owned the nickname of the “Donated-General”. Personal life Yu Beichen was born on January 2, 1968, in Taipei. His ancestry goes back to China's Shandong province. Military career He joined the military in 1990. He moved up the ranks and was a major general at the time of his retirement in 2015. In 2015, citing concerns relating to his health and work-related stress, he retired from the military. Lee Shying-jow or Lee Hsiang-chou (; born 2 August 1952) is a Taiwanese general and diplomat. He is the incumbent Ambassador to Denmark, and was formerly the 4th Commanding General of the Republic of China Army (ROCA), 8th Deputy Minister of National Defense (MND), the 15th Director-General of the National Security Bureau (NSB) and the 2nd Minister of the Veterans Affairs Council (VAC). Chen Mingtong
Chen Ming-tong (; born 25 November 1955) is a Taiwanese politician and currently the Director-General of the National Security Bureau. He was the Minister of the Mainland Affairs Council from 2018 to 2021 and 2007 to 2008. Academic career Chen obtained his bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees in political science from National Taiwan University (NTU) in 1979, 1981 and 1991, respectively. Kuomintang

Kao Hua-chu (; born 2 October 1946) is a retired Republic of China Army general and the incumbent Secretary-General of the National Security Council of the Republic of China. He was the Minister of National Defense that appointed to the post by then Premier-designate Wu Den-yih on 9 September 2009. On 29 July 2013, Kao resigned from his post due to the death scandal of Corporal Hung Chung-chiu of the Republic of China Army during his conscription on 4 July 2013.
