Wynand Louw
Andrew Wynand Louw (born 18 May 1961) is a Namibian cricket umpire who is on the ICC Associates and Affiliates Umpire Panel. He made his first-class umpiring debut in 2006, and regularly umpires in International Cricket Council (ICC) tournaments and other competitions in which the Namibian national side participates. Born in Windhoek, before taking up umpiring Louw was the head groundsman for Cricket Namibia, responsible for the upkeep of most major pitches in the country. Andrew Louw (born August 18, 1987) is a Namibian cricket umpire and former player. As a right-handed batsman and a right-arm off-break bowler, he represented the Namibian under-19 side at the 2006 Under-19 World Cup, and subsequently played a single first-class match for the senior Namibian national team, against KwaZulu-Natal Inland in 2009. After qualifying as an umpire, Louw made his first-class umpiring debut in April 2013, and has since officiated in limited-overs and Twenty20 matches. His father, Wynand Louw, is also an umpire, and has sat on the ICC Associates and Affiliates Umpire Panel since 2013. The pair officiated a 12-a-side game between Namibia A and Kenya in November 2014, and also stood together in a 20-over match between Namibia and Hong Kong in May 2015, which had full Twenty20 status. World Cricket League
The ICC World Cricket League (WCL) was a series of international one-day cricket tournaments for national teams without Test status (i.e., teams of Associate status) administered by the International Cricket Council. All Associate Members of the ICC were eligible to compete in the league system, which featured a promotion and relegation structure between divisions. The league system had two main aims: to provide a qualification system for the Cricket World Cup that could be accessed by all Associate Members and as an opportunity for these sides to play international one-day matches against teams of similar standards. The league began in 2007, where teams were allocated into divisions based on their performance in the qualification tournaments for the 2007 World Cup; the six initial teams in Division One were the teams that had qualified for the 2007 World Cup. Kenya National Cricket Team
The Kenya national cricket team represents the Republic of Kenya in international cricket. Kenya is an associate member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) which has Twenty20 International (T20I) status after the ICC granted T20I status to all of their members. They have been an associate member of the ICC since 1981. Since then they have played in five Cricket World Cups from 1996 to 2011 with their best result being a semi-final appearance at the 2003 Cricket World Cup in Southern Africa. They have only qualified for one ICC World Twenty20 tournament with that being in 2007. The Kenyan national team is governed by Cricket Kenya. David Odhiambo (born 27 April 1976) is a Kenyan cricket umpire. He stood in three One Day International (ODI) games and seven Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) between 2012 and 2015. In January 2018, he was named as one of the seventeen on-field umpires for the 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup.
