Li Yi (wushu)
Li Yi (; born 1 January 1992) is a professional wushu taolu athlete from Macau. She has achieved gold medals in the World Wushu Championships, Taolu World Cup, Asian Games, and the Asian Wushu Championships. Career Li started practising wushu at the age of eight in Anhui. Li's international debut was at the 2011 World Wushu Championships. A year later, she was a triple medalist at the Asian Wushu Championships. She then won a bronze medal at the 2013 East Asian Games and a silver medal 2013 World Wushu Championships in duilian. A year later, she competed in the 2014 Asian Games and won the silver medal in women's jianshu and qiangshu. Liu Xuxu
Liu Xuxu (; born 10 January, 1989) is a professional wushu taolu athlete from Hong Kong. Within three renditions of the World Wushu Championships, she has already become a nine-time medalist and five-time world champion. Career Originally a member of the Shandong Wushu Team, Liu relocated to Hong Kong and made her debut at the 2015 World Wushu Championships in Jakarta, Indonesia, where she became the world champion in daoshu and duilian, and also won a silver medal in changquan. Her success qualified her for the 1st Taolu World Cup in Fuzhou, China, where she became a triple gold medalist in her primary disciplines and also won a bronze medal in duilian. Chángquán () refers to a family of external (as opposed to internal) martial arts (kung fu) styles from northern China. The forms of the Long Fist style emphasize fully extended kicks and striking techniques, and by appearance would be considered a long-range fighting system. In some Long Fist styles the motto is that "the best defense is a strong offense," in which case the practitioner launches a preemptive attack so aggressive that the opponent doesn't have the opportunity to attack. Others emphasize defense over offense, noting that nearly all techniques in Long Fist forms are counters to attacks.
