Vithagan
''Vithagan'' () is a 2011 Tamil-language action film directed by R. Parthiban that features himself in the lead along with Poorna. The film, which has been in making since 2008, released on 18 November 2011. The film was the 50th film of Parthipan, has him in the role of a police officer, who is brainy as well as brawny. With an innovative tagline 'With the gun', 'Vithagan' has Poorna as heroine and music has been composed by Joshua Sridhar of 'Kadhal' fame. The film opened to extremely negative reviews and bombed at the box office. Plot Rowdran (R. Parthiban) is an upright cop who is fighting not only the scums of the society but also his seniors who are hand-in-glove with the goondas. For this, he takes law into his hands and goes on an unstoppable killing spree wiping out the wanted criminals in police files, one by one in carefully planned operations. Seventh Channel Communications
Seventh Channel Communications is an Indian film production and distribution company formed in 1985. It produced several Tamil language television serials films in the 1990s, and is headed by Manickam Narayanan. History Seventh Channel Communications was set up in 1985 by Manickam Narayanan. After beginning his career as a photographer, Manickam went on to make programmes for Doordarshan. The studio went on to become a premier producer for Tamil television serials and films in the 1990s. During the peak of its operation, the studio was able to attract several film actors to work on television serials including Sivakumar, Roja and S. P. Balasubrahmanyam. Krishnamoorthy (actor)
Krishnamoorthy (1963/1964 – 7 October 2019) was a comedian in the Tamil film industry in India. Career Krishnamoorthy moved from his home town Tiruvannamalai to Madras in 1983 hoping to become an actor in films. Despite being initially unsuccessful, he joined the crew of the film ''Kuzhandhai Yesu'' (1984) as an office boy, and by the end of production, he was assigned the role of production manager. He subsequently went on to work on several films and adverts as a member of the crew. As a result, he was initially credited in films as Manager Krishnamoorthy. Krishnamoorthy made a breakthrough as a comedy actor through his role in ''Thavasi'' (2001), where he notably appeared in a scene where his character asks Vadivelu's character for directions to Osama Bin Laden's and George W. Joshua Sridhar (born 1974 in Chennai, India) is an Indian composer. He made his debut on the runaway hit Tamil film ''Kaadhal'' which was released on 8 December 2004. Early life and education Joshua Sridhar was born in Chennai on 9 March 1974 to Saravanan and Rajalakshmi. He studied at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Rajaji Vidyashram in Chennai from 1980 to 1990. After finishing High School he studied Western Classical Music for two years. He studied 8 Grades (Trinity College, London) in both Theory of Music and Piano. In 1993 he converted to Christianity and was baptised at Emmanuel Methodist Church (Chennai) and was given the name Joshua, the biblical character from the old testament.
