Torey Thomas
Torey Jamal Thomas, (born February 26, 1985) is an American professional basketball player for Levallois Sporting Club Basket of the French BasketBall Association. High school and college career Thomas attended Trinity Catholic High School in Stamford, Connecticut. He played college basketball at the College of the Holy Cross. In his four-year career with the Holy Cross Crusaders, he played 125 games, averaging 9.6 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 2.1 steals per game. Professional career Thomas averaged 25.6 points, 7.6 rebounds, 6.6 assists and 3.1 steals per game for Akropol in his first season as professional player. Later he was named the Player of the Year in the Swedish Basketligan. Thomas signed one-year contract in July 2008 with Hanzevast Capitals of the Netherlands. The point guard (PG), also called the one or the point, is one of the five Basketball positions, positions in a regulation basketball game. A point guard has perhaps the most specialized role of any position. Point guards are expected to run the team's offense by controlling the ball and making sure that it gets to the right player at the right time. Rosa Radom, also known as HydroTruck Radom for sponsorship reasons, is a Polish professional basketball team based in Radom. The club was founded in 2003 and plays in the I Liga since the 2022–23 season. History In the 2011–12 season of the 1 Liga, Rosa Radom reached the Finals but lost 3–1 to Start Gdynia. 2009–10 Dutch Basketball League
The 2009–10 Dutch Basketball League (DBL) was the 50th season of the Dutch Basketball League, the highest professional basketball league in the Netherlands. GasTerra Flames dominated throughout the regular season and lost just three games. Zorg en Zekerheid Leiden player Danny Gibson was league top scorer and won the Most Valuable Player award. GasTerra Flames eventually won its third title in team history, by beating World Class Aviation Academy Giants 4–1 in the playoff finals. DBL All-Star Game
The Dutch Basketball League All-Star Gala was a yearly basketball event in the Netherlands, organised by the Federatie Eredivisie Basketball (FEB). The 2017–18 Pro B season was the 31st season of the Pro B, the top basketball league in France organised by the Ligue Nationale de Basket (LNB). Blois won its first league title. Teams Promotion and relegation Orléans Loiret and SLUC Nancy entered the league after they relegated from the 2016–17 Pro A season. UJAP Quimper 29 and Caen Basket Calvados were promoted from the 2016–17 NM1 season. Regular season In the regular season, teams play against each other home-and-away in a round-robin format. AZS Koszalin is a Polish basketball team, based in Koszalin. AZS currently plays in the I Liga, the second tier Polish basketball league. History The AZS Koszalin sports club was founded on 8 October 1968.
