Rosa Radom
Rosa Radom, also known as HydroTruck Radom for sponsorship reasons, is a Polish professional basketball team based in Radom. The club was founded in 2003 and plays in the I Liga since the 2022–23 season. History In the 2011–12 season of the 1 Liga, Rosa Radom reached the Finals but lost 3–1 to Start Gdynia. The team was still promoted to the highest level PLK. In 2016, the team won its first trophy when it upset Stelmet Zielona Góra in the Polish Cup Final, winning 74–64. Rosa's C. J. Harris was named the Cup MVP. I Liga (basketball)
The I Liga (English: First League) is the second-tier level league of basketball in Poland. It is organised by the Polish Basketball Association. Anwil Włocławek were the defending champions. On 17 March 2020, the league was ended prematurely due to the coronavirus pandemic. Stelmet Enea Zielona Góra were named champions. Teams 16 teams will participate this season. Enea Astoria Bydgoszcz and Śląsk Wrocław were promoted from the I Liga, while Miasto Szkla Krosno was relegated. Anwil Włocławek defended its title and repeated as Polish champions. Teams Czarni Słupsk withdrew during the 2017–18 PLK season because of financial problems. The 2017–18 Basketball Champions League was the second season of the Basketball Champions League (BCL), a European-wide professional basketball competition for clubs, that was launched by FIBA. The 2016–17 Basketball Champions League was the inaugural season of the Basketball Champions League (BCL), a European professional basketball competition for clubs that was launched by FIBA. 2016–17 PLK Season
The 2016–17 Polish Basketball League was the 83rd season of the highest professional basketball tier in Poland and the 21st since the foundation of the Polish Basketball League. Teams As finishing in one of the two last positions during the two previous seasons, Siarka Tarnobrzeg lost its right to participate in the PLK. However, the club was invited to join the league. As champion of the previous I Liga, Miasto Szkła Krosno was promoted. After the ejection of Śląsk Wrocław, the league was played by 17 teams. The intention of PLK is to reduce the number of clubs in the PLK to 16 and to eliminate contracts by introducing regular promotions and relegations. 2015–16 FIBA Europe Cup
The 2015–16 FIBA Europe Cup was the inaugural season of the newly formed basketball competition organised by FIBA. The season started on 21 October 2015 and ended on 1 May 2016. The competition replaced the EuroChallenge and had the aim to take the place of Eurocup (organised by Euroleague Basketball), as the second-tier competition in Europe.
