Tolotang
Tolotang (sometimes written Tolottang, or Towani Tolotang) is the original religion of Bugis which is adhered to by the majority in several areas within the province of South Sulawesi, Indonesia, especially in Sidenreng Rappang Regency or commonly known as Sidrap Regency. About 5,000 residents in the Amparita area, Sidrap Regency adhere to a religion that has been passed down from generation to generation. Because the Indonesian government only recognizes six religions, the rest are categorized as belief in God Almighty, and Tolotang adherents do not want to be called a religious sect finally they joined themselves with Hinduism. Therefore, until now this belief is also known as the "Hindu Tolotang". It is the same with the Kaharingan religion of the Dayak tribe and Aluk Todolo of the Toraja people who also joined Hinduism, so they are known as "Kaharingan Hindus" and "Alukta Hindus". Aluk Todolo is the ethnic religion of the ancestors of the Torajans, which is still practiced by a large number of Torajan people. Kahar Muzakkar
Abdul Kahar Muzakkar (24 March 1920 – 3 February 1965) was the leader of an Islamic movement in South Sulawesi from 1950 till his death in 1965. He led his group of men in a guerrilla warfare against the Indonesian central government, and was finally killed by the army in the jungle. He was also the leader of the South Sulawesi branch of the Darul Islam movement. Early life (1920–1943) Born on 24 March 1920 in the Kingdom of Luwu, a smaller principality on the northern end of the Gulf of Bone, Abdul Kahar Muzakkar was formerly known as Ladomeng. Ladomeng is a Buginese word derived from 'dominoes', an allusion to his father who was playing cards at the time he was born. Darul Islam (Indonesia)
Darul Islam ( meaning '' House of Islam''), also known as Darul Islam/Islamic Armed Forces of Indonesia ( id, Darul Islam/Tentara Islam Indonesia, DI/TII), was an Islamist group that fought for the establishment of an Islamic state in Indonesia. It was established in 1942 by a group of Muslim militias, coordinated by a charismatic radical Muslim politician, Sekarmadji Maridjan Kartosoewirjo. The group recognised only ''Shari'a'' as the valid source of law. The movement has produced splinters and offshoots that range from Jemaah Islamiyah to non-violent religious groups.
