Sithi Fulhu
Sithi Fulhu was a Maldivian actress mostly known for her comical roles in the films. Career In 1992, Sithi Fulhu collaborated with Yoosuf Rafeeu for his drama film, '' Loabi Veveynee Furaana Dheegen'' followed by another collaboration with Yoosuf Rafeeu for his tragedy drama film '' Vaudhu'' (1993) which narrates the separation of a happy couple due to the societal differences. She played the comical role of Mareena, a woman who secretly dates her friend's husband, in Hussain Adil's comedy drama film '' Dhehithehge Loabi'' (1995) alongside Mariyam Nisha, Abdul Rahman Rauf and Ahmed Sharmeel. The film tells a story of two brothers who fall in love with the same girl, which causes rivalry and misunderstandings between them. ''Loabi Veveynee Furaana Dheegen'' is a 1992 Maldivian drama film directed by Yoosuf Rafeeu. Produced by Bukhari Films, the film stars Rafeeu, Mariyam Shakeela and Haajara Abdul Kareem in pivotal roles. Premise Aadhanu (Yoosuf Rafeeu) a hardworking unappealing man does everything in his capability to please a young woman and a student, Mariyam ( Mariyam Shakeela). Amjad Ibrahim Didi (born 11 September 1967), commonly known as Amjad Ibrahim is a Maldivian film director and screenwriter. Early life After completing eleven years of service in Maldives National Defence Force, Ibrahim decided to pursue a career in film direction due to his "fondness" towards film-making process. His first work as a director was Naifaru Dhohokko's video single "Maslahathu Neiy An'binney", followed by directing six songs for the television program, ''Maazeege Handhaan''. Ali Seezan (born 6 February 1977) is a Maldivian film actor, editor, director and producer. He has established a career in Maldives Film Industry and is a recipient of two National Film Awards. Early life Ali Seezan was born on 6 February 1977. His parents Fathimath Waheeda and Abdul Rasheed are not active members of the film industry, though his father has worked in arranging stage shows for many events. Yoosuf Shafeeu also known as Eupe (20 October 1975) is a Maldivian film actor, editor, writer, and director. One of the most successful filmmakers and actors in Maldivian Cinema, Shafeeu is the recipient of a number of awards, including eight Gaumee Film Awards, and a Maldives Film Award; ; holding the record of collecting maximum Gaumee Film Award for Best Actor.
