Shayilan Nuerdanbieke (born May 4, 1994 kk, Нұрданбек Сайран) is a Chinese Kazakhs in China, mixed martial artist who competes in the Featherweight (MMA), Featherweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Background Nuerdanbieke comes from the Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, which is located in northern Xinjiang, straddling the borders of Kazakhstan, Russia and Mongolia. He belongs to the Kazakhs in China, Kazakh minority, training wrestling for 6 years and winning the 66KG Greco-Roman Wrestling, Classical Wrestling Championship in Xinjiang and participated in many national competitions. Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture ( kk, Іле Қазақ автономиялық облысы) (also as Yili) is an autonomous prefecture for Kazakh people in Northern Xinjiang, China, one of five autonomous prefectures in Xinjiang.
