Shicheng Town () is a town located in the Miyun District of Beijing, China. It shares border with Changshaoying Manchu Ethnic Township and Fengjiayu Town to its north, Bulaotun and Xiwengzhuang Towns to its east, Xitiangezhuang and Huaibei Towns to its south, as well as Liulimiao and Tanghekou Towns to its west. As of 2020, its population was 4,014. The town was named after Shicheng Village, which hosts the town's government. Its name literally means "Stone City". Geography Shicheng Town is bounded by Mount Yunmeng to the west and Miyun Reservoir to the east. Several waterways like Bai and Duijia Rivers flows eastward through the town. In terms of transportation, Shicheng Town is connected to the Miguan and Liuxin Roads. Miyun Reservoir
Miyun Reservoir () is a large-scale reservoir in Miyun District, Beijing, China, straddling the Chao River (潮河) and Bai River (白河). There are two major rivers flowing into the reservoir, namely the Bai River and the Chao River. The reservoir was formally completed on September 1, 1960. Miyun Reservoir is the largest comprehensive water conservancy project in North China. The reservoir covers an area of 180 square kilometers, with a reservoir capacity of 4 billion cubic meters and an average depth of 30 meters, making it the largest and only source of drinking-water supply for Beijing, serving over 11 million people. Miyun Reservoir is the largest artificial lake in Asia and is billed as the "Pearl in North China" (华北明珠). Tanghekou
Tanghekou Town (), is a town in the northern side of Huairou District, Beijing, China. It shares border with Labagoumen and Changshaoying Manchu Ethnic Townships to the northeast, Shicheng and Liulimiao Towns to the south, and Baoshan Town to the southwest. In 2020 it had a total population of 5,445. Its name Tanghekou literally means "North House". The town is situated inside a river valley, around the confluence of Bai River and Tang River. Huaibei Town () is a town located inside of Huairou District, Beijing, China. It borders Liulimiao and Shicheng Towns to its north, Xitiangezhuang Town to its east, Beifang Town to its south, and Yanqi Town to its west.
