Shi Yongsheng
Shi Yongsheng (born September 2, 1970 in Xinyang) is a former China, Chinese professional darts player who competes in the Professional Darts Corporation tournaments. Career In 2004, he lost to Phil Taylor (darts player), Phil Taylor of England 0–3 whitewashed on the 2004 PDC China Telcom Cup. He played in the 2007 PDC World Darts Championship, losing in the first round to Andy Smith (darts player), Andy Smith. In November 2007, Shi won the Chinese qualifiers to return to the World Championship for 2008, thus becoming the first Chinese player to play in two World Championships. He defeated India's Ashfaque Sayed in the preliminary round, but lost in the first round to Alan Warriner-Little. He returned to the world championship in 2009 but was beaten in the first round again. Jan Van Der Rassel
Jan van der Rassel (born 5 January 1964) is a former Dutch professional darts player. He used the nicknames The Project and Rassel Dazzle for his matches. Career He began his darts career competing on the BDO circuit in 2002, and reached the quarter finals of the Dutch Open in 2003. After reaching the last 16 of the Winmau World Masters in 2003, he switched the rival organisation, the PDC and made his World Championship debut in 2004 but lost his opening match to Ritchie Buckle. He then began competing on the PDC Pro Tour circuit (non-televised events). Mervyn King (born 15 March 1966) is an English professional darts player who plays in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) tournaments. Nicknamed The King, he has reached seven PDC major TV finals and reached a peak of No. 4 in the PDC Order of Merit. Early life King first took up the game at the age of 12, playing with an old rolled-cardboard dartboard given to him by his father. His father insisted that he played darts using competition distance and height. By the age of 13, he had ambitions to become a professional player as he was playing county darts at Superleague level. Johann "Hannes" Schnier (born March 23, 1977 in Vienna) is an Austrian darts player who plays in Professional Darts Corporation events. Career In June 2006, Schnier won the Austrian National Championship, beating Dietmar Burger in the final. Since 2007, Schnier has played in tournaments sanctioned by the German Darts Corporation, an affiliate of the PDC where its highest ranked player earns automatic qualification for the PDC World Darts Championship. Alan Warriner-Little (born Warriner; 24 March 1962) is an English former professional darts player. Nicknamed The Iceman, he is a former World Grand Prix champion and a former runner-up at the World Professional Darts Championship. Darts career Before coming to prominence as a darts professional, Warriner-Little appeared as a contestant in a 1987 edition of the ITV gameshow Bullseye whilst working as a State Enrolled Nurse on Ward 13 Upper at Lancaster Moor Hospital.
