Samuel S. Day
Samuel Stearns Day (1808–1871), also known by name Samuel S. Day, was the first Canadian-born American Baptist missionary to Telugu language, Telugu speaking provinces – Visakhapatnam, nearby to British Baptist missionary presence in Orissa, India, Orissa (now Odisha); and Nellore, part of then-Madras presidency, later part of Andhra State, Andhra, and currently part of Andhra Pradesh. He was the founder of American and Canadian Baptist missions in Telugu speaking provinces, especially Telugu Baptist mission at Nellore. Biography Day was born in Bastard Township, Ontario, Canada on 13 May 1808 to Jeremiah and Submit Day. He attended Sunday school in 1818. He has the habit of writing ''review of the past year'' on occasion of his birthday each year. At the age of 17, he wrote his autobiography on two narrow scraps of paper. Baptist

International Ministries is an international Baptist Christian missionary society. It is a constituent board affiliated with the American Baptist Churches USA. The headquarters is in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, United States. History The society was founded in 1814 as the Baptist Board for Foreign Missions by the Triennial Convention (now American Baptist Churches USA). The first mission of the organization took place in Burma with the missionaries Adoniram Judson and Ann Hasseltine Judson in 1814. Howard Malcom
Howard Malcom (January 19, 1799 – March 25, 1879) was an American educator and Baptist minister. He wrote several noteworthy literature about his missionary travels in Burma and was pastor of churches in Hudson, New York, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He also served as president of Georgetown College, Bucknell University and Drexel University College of Medicine.
