Saade Vol. 1
''Saade Vol. 1'' is the second studio album by Swedish singer Eric Saade. It was released on June 29, 2011, by Roxy Recordings. After the Europe-wide success of his Eurovision 2011 entry " Popular", which brought Sweden its best result at the competition since 1999, Saade announced that his next album would be bipartite, divided into ''Saade Vol. 1'' and ''Saade Vol. 2'' (2011). The album has spawned two singles and one promotional single. The first official single from the album, " Popular" was released on February 28, 2011, as his entry to Melodifestivalen 2011 and Eurovision 2011, where he finished at the third place. The song peaked at number one in Sweden as well as reaching top 40 in Finland, Belgium, Ireland, and charting in the United Kingdom. Eric Saade
Eric Khaled Saade (; ar, إريك سعادة, ʾĪrik Saʿāda, ; born 29 October 1990), is a Swedish singer and songwriter. He spent two years with the boy band What's Up!, leaving the band in February 2009 to pursue a solo career. After winning the Swedish Melodifestivalen 2011 with "Popular", Saade represented Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 in Germany, placing third. Early life Saade was born in Kattarp, a small village in Helsingborg Municipality, Scania, Sweden, to Marlene Jacobsson, a Swede, and Walid Saade, a Palestinian from Lebanon. After his parents divorced when he was four, he lived with his mother. Saade is the second of eight siblings and half-siblings. Liseberg
Liseberg is an amusement park located in Gothenburg, Sweden, that opened in 1923. It is one of the most visited amusement parks in Scandinavia, attracting about three million visitors annually.
