Rammstein Festival Tour 2017 is the unofficial name for Rammstein's 2017 Tour. History In late November 2016 Rammstein announced that they would be doing more festival shows in the summer of 2017. After tickets to shows in Prague and Nîmes sold out in a few days, Rammstein announced that they would be doing further shows in Nîmes and Prague (one extra date for Prague, and two for Nîmes). The tour was also the first show in Iceland since 2001. Opening for them in Chicago was 3Teeth, in Dallas it was Hellyeah, while in Vegas they were joined by Korn and Stone Sour. Rammstein
Rammstein (, "ramming stone") is a German Neue Deutsche Härte band formed in Berlin in 1994. The band's lineup—consisting of lead vocalist Till Lindemann, lead guitarist Richard Kruspe, rhythm guitarist Paul Landers, bassist Oliver Riedel, drummer Christoph Schneider, and keyboardist Christian "Flake" Lorenz—has remained unchanged throughout their history, along with their approach to songwriting, which consists of Lindemann writing and singing the lyrics over instrumental pieces the rest of the band has completed beforehand. Prior to their formation, some members were associated with the punk rock acts Feeling B and First Arsch. After winning a local contest, Rammstein was able to record demos and send them to different record labels, eventually signing with Motor Music. Sonne (Rammstein Song)
"Sonne" (German for "Sun") is a song by German Neue Deutsche Härte band Rammstein. It was released in February 2001, as the first single from their album '' Mutter''. According to Till Lindemann, the song was originally written as an entrance song for the boxer Vitali Klitschko, whose surname was also the working title of the song. The female vocal comes from Spectrasonic's "Symphony of Voices" sample library. Rock Im Park
The (German language, German for "Rock at the Ring") and ("Rock in the Park") festivals are two simultaneous rock music festivals held annually. While ''Rock am Ring'' takes place at the Nürburgring race track, ''Rock im Park'' takes place at the Zeppelinfeld in Nuremberg. Sharing nearly identical lineups, the two festivals are usually regarded as one event. All artists perform one day at the Nürburgring and another day in Nürnberg during the three-day event. Fortuna Arena (formerly known as Sinobo Stadium, Eden Aréna and Synot Tip Arena) is a football stadium, in Prague-Vršovice, Czech Republic. The stadium has a capacity of 19,370 people and it is the biggest and the most modern football stadium in the country.
