The Radioactive Tour was the second concert tour by British singer Rita Ora, in support of her debut studio album, ''Ora (Rita Ora album), Ora'' (2012). The tour began on 28 January 2013, in Manchester, England, and concluded on 31 August 2013. The fashion label, Emilio Pucci#Pucci label, Pucci, created Ora's tour wardrobe. Ora (Rita Ora Album)
''Ora'' (stylised as ''ORA'') is the debut studio album by British singer Rita Ora. It was released on 24 August 2012 through Roc Nation and Columbia Records. Musically, ''Ora'' is mainly a pop album that incorporates dance elements. The album's release was preceded by two singles—"How We Do (Party)" and " R.I.P."—both of which entered the UK Singles Chart at number 1 and achieved standard chart positions in charts abroad. The album also includes the DJ Fresh collaboration, "Hot Right Now", which is featured as a bonus track. The album debuted at number 1 on the UK Albums Chart and was certified platinum by the British Phonographic Industry. The O2 Academy Glasgow (formerly the Carling Academy Glasgow) is a music venue on Eglinton Street in the Gorbals ( Laurieston) area of Glasgow. It holds 2,500 people. It was one of two Academy Music Group venues in Glasgow, until the O2 ABC Glasgow closed due to fire damage in 2018. NX Newcastle, formerly known as the O2 Academy Newcastle, is a music venue in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. It opened in the former Majestic Ballroom building on 14 October 2005 as the Carling Academy, and was renamed for Telefónica Europe's O2 mobile network brand in 2008. The Manchester Academy, originally known as the University of Manchester Main Hall, is composed of four concert venues, located on the campus of the University of Manchester, in Manchester, England.
