Poul Hultberg
Poul Erik Eggert Hultberg (27 March 1920, in Tryggelev, Denmark – 25 July 2016, in Gothenburg, Sweden) was a Danish architect, who worked primarily in Gothenburg, Sweden. Hultberg studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen and graduated in 1943. He moved to Sweden in 1945. He designed several sport facilities, the most famous being Scandinavium in 1971. The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts ( da, Det Kongelige Danske Kunstakademi - Billedkunst Skolerne) has provided education in the arts for more than 250 years, playing its part in the development of the art of Denmark. Scandinavium
Scandinavium () is an indoor arena located in Gothenburg, Sweden. Construction on Scandinavium began in 1969 after decades of setbacks, and was inaugurated on 18 May 1971. Scandinavium has been selected as a championship arena at least fifty times, hosting events such as World Championships in handball and ice hockey, European championships, Davis Cup finals, and in 1985 the Eurovision Song Contest. Biskopsgården is a district (''stadsdelsnämndsområde'') in Gothenburg Municipality, Sweden. History Today you can find the first trace of humans by the hillsides that was once beaches in an archipelago. The border between Sweden and Norway went through Biskopsgården from the 13th century until 1658, when Bohuslän belonged to Sweden. One of the old yards, Biskopsgården, was used when the Bishop came to visit. Its area stretched up to the mountains over the current Biskopsgården, and it is from there that it got its name. In ten years an area along the tram rail was built for 25,000 people. In the middle of the 1950s, an expansion of Biskopsgården was started. Tynnered
Tynnered is one of 21 boroughs in the city of Gothenburg, Sweden. It is located in the western part of the city, about 8-10 kilometres from the inner city, and it has a population of 27,787 (2010) on 29.85 square kilometres (11.53 mi2). Alike several other boroughs of the city, Tynnered has a fairly high percentage of immigrants. On January 1, 2011, Tynnered became part of the district (''stadsdelsnämnd'') Western Gothenburg (''Västra Göteborg''). Kallebäck is one of 8 districts in Örgryte, Örgryte borough, Gothenburg, Sweden. The name Kallebäck means "The brook with the cauldron" and the name dates back to 1496. The buildings in Kallebäck mostly consists of apartment buildings built between 1960 and 1970. The buildings in the north part of Kallebäck are generally lower, with only 3-4 floors.
