Oleksiy Mykhaylovych Chernyshov ( uk, Олексій Михайлович Чернишов; born 4 September 1977, Kharkiv, Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union) is a Ukrainian entrepreneur and politician, Head of the Executive Board of National Joint Stock Company “Naftogaz of Ukraine” since November 2022, Ministry of Regional Development (Ukraine), Minister for Communities and Territories Development from March 2020 to November 2022. Biography Oleksiy Chernyshov was born in the city of Kharkiv, where he spent his childhood, high school years, received higher education.
