Ola HÃ¥kansson
Ola Håkansson is a Swedish singer, composer and producer. He is the founder and CEO of TEN Music Group, a Swedish independent record label. He also founded Stockholm Records, another record label and a subsidiary of UMG. In 2012 Ola started ''100 SONGS'', a record label focused on releasing singles. Ola Håkansson was born in Stockholm. He was the singer of the band Ola and the Janglers and later Secret Service. In 1986 he recorded the duets "The Way You Are" and "Fly Like The Eagle" with Agnetha Fältskog. He was part of the songwriting trio Norell Oson Bard. Ola And The Janglers
Ola & the Janglers were a garage rock and beat group, founded in Stockholm, Sweden in 1962. Its lead member was Ola Håkansson. Guitarist Claes "Clabbe" af Geijerstam wrote many of their hits. He was later a member of the duo Nova (Swedish name "Malta") with Göran Fristorp. The duo won the Swedish part of the Eurovision in 1973. (ABBA was number 3 with " Ring Ring". Clabbe was also a program leader and later worked on ABBA's tours. Among the hits they scored in their native country were " She's Not There", "No, No, No" (1965), "Love Was on Your Mind", "Poetry in Motion", "Alex Is the Man" (1966), "I'm Thinking of You" (1965), "Strolling Along", and "Runaway" (1968). Secret Service (band)
Secret Service is a Swedish pop band formed in Stockholm in 1979. History In 1979, Ola Håkansson, former vocalist of Ola & the Janglers and then a publishing manager at Sonet Records, teamed up with Tim Norell and Ulf Wahlberg as Ola+3 to perform at the 1979 Melodifestivalen, a contest which is the Swedish qualification to the Eurovision Song Contest. Ola+3 did not win but the members decided to continue working together and recorded an LP as Ola+3. Besides Ola Håkansson (vocals), Tim Norell and Ulf Wahlberg (keyboards), the original lineup also included Tonny Lindberg (guitars), Leif Paulsen (bass) and Leif Johansson (drums). Norell, who along with lyricist Björn Håkanson penned most songs of the band, did not however appear with them on stage or on the band photos. Alexander Bengt Magnus Bard (born 17 March 1961) is a Swedish musician, author, lecturer, artist, songwriter, music producer, TV personality, religious and political activist, and one of the founders of the Syntheist religious movement alongside his co-author Jan Söderqvist.
